Refund Policy

Delights produces limited edition garments in small quantities using vintage and deadstock fabrics. Each piece is carefully inspected before shipment.

By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.

To be eligible for a return:
– The item must be unworn
– The item must be unwashed
– The item must be in original condition
– All tags and packaging must be intact

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

To request a return, email wear.delights@gmail.com
with:
– Your order number
– Reason for return
– Clear photos of the item

If approved, you will receive return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the limited nature of our production, the following items cannot be returned:

– Custom or made-to-measure pieces
– Items damaged due to misuse
– Items returned without prior approval

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified by email.

If approved, your refund will be issued via the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the return is due to a defect or incorrect item sent by us, Delights will cover return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges due to limited stock availability.

If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes associated with returns.
